My name is Molly Bidman. I have over 15 years of childcare experience - from teaching children with special needs to nannying and early childhood development to raising my own son. With the birth of my son in 2022, I witnessed first hand how difficult it can be to find safe, reliable, and stimulating childcare.
I founded Family First Nannies to write a new narrative within Los Angeles childcare. We are about more than just nanny placement. I grew up in the midwest where the values of community and a commitment to helping others runs deep. Family First Nannies is here to help busy families build a village and find the support they need so that they can be present to enjoy the little moments.
